Barbara joined Kingsley Lawson in November 2022 as a Senior Associate.

Barbara has extensive knowledge and experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters including historical abuse, workers compensation claims, motor vehicle claims, work injury damages, public liability and total, and permanent disability claims.

Barbara predominantly works in institutional abuse cases assisting survivors of sexual and physical abuse. Her commitment to advocating for the rights of abused people has been a major driver in her professional career.

Barbara is proactive, thorough and efficient when it comes to litigation, as she understands the importance of cases from the day of the initial conference, to helping her clients navigate through the litigation process without feeling overwhelmed. She has always encouraged her clients to step out of their comfort zone and to claim what was rightfully theirs. She strives to achieve the best legal outcome for her clients.

Barbara completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Australia National University and a Diploma in Law from the LEC, University of Sydney in 2015.  Barbara also attained a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Notre Dame in 2009.

Barbara is fluent in both the English and Italian language.
