Viktoria Teed, holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), and has been admitted for over 13 years with extensive experience in both Defendant and Plaintiff personal injury litigation.

Viktoria is passionate about helping people seek justice.  Viktoria easily relates to her clients and opponents alike and strives to remove the stress associated with personal injury litigation. Viktoria is highly organised and driven which enables the timely resolution of claims. Viktoria prides herself on providing honest and accurate legal advice to her clients. Viktoria has represented clients and conducted claims in all court jurisdictions for over 13 years of legal practice. She has experience across a range of personal injury practice areas including Workers Compensation; Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Claims. Viktoria is able to provide clients with a realistic assessments of their damages and expert legal advice.

Her previous positions include being Principal Lawyer; Practice Group Leader for large ASX-listed Plaintiff firms in charge of their Workers’ Compensation divisions; working in-house as a Senior Solicitor for WorkCover Queensland amongst others. Viktoria has also worked in specialised teams assisting clients with Traumatic Brain Injuries. These senior positions on both sides of the table means Viktoria has an in depth understanding of what is required to achieve the best possible outcome and how to deliver exceptional service.
