Nectaria joined Kingsley Lawson Lawyers in August 2022 and has been admitted as a solicitor in NSW for over 20 years. 

She has widespread experience in the area of personal injury, insurance litigation and in dispute management and resolution for both the injured party and for the insurer.

She has spent many years in general practice and has been exposed to various areas of litigation including representing clients for personal injury claims, commercial disputes, and family law. Exposure to these types of matters has assisted Nectaria to develop skills in strategizing and early resolution of claims.

Nectaria is passionate in getting the best result for each client and takes the time to listen to give appropriate and practical advice for each client to make an informed decision. She can empathise with injured parties and provide advice in simple terms to help clients understand their entitlements and the progress of their claim.

Her previous positions also include working in-house for an insurer and government authority. This has given her the insight to manage claims efficiently to get excellent results.

Nectaria is a member of the Law Society of NSW.

She is fluent in both the English and Greek language.
