Tom Drake has been working in the personal injury jurisdiction for over 10 years, and has achieved the qualification of a postgraduate degree in law, a Juris Doctor, from the University of Technology Sydney in 2018. Tom has been admitted as a solicitor in NSW for over 3 years, and in that time has worked with both Defendant and Plaintiff law firms.

Tom is highly empathetic to his injured clients and works tirelessly to achieve beneficial financial outcomes to minimise their ongoing losses. Tom draws on his experience gained by previously working in a Defendant law firm to bring strategic insight in his method of pursuing beneficial outcomes, through both strong litigation and compelling negotiation. Tom has developed a reputation in the industry that is well regarded by both his opponents and his peers in the personal injury space. Tom brings a wealth of pre-admission experience in personal injury, and specialises his practice in Workers Compensation, Work Injury Damages, and Public Liability claims.

Tom has achieved outstanding results for his clients in the Personal Injury Commission, District Court of NSW and Supreme Court of NSW. Tom holds a deep passion for the justice system, and has developed a strong understanding of the complex procedures and methods required to progress a claim through various Courts and Commissions.
