Phillip has a particular interest in representing self-employed business owners. He understands the unique financial pressures faced by owner-operators and the significant impact an injury can have on business operations, income, and long-term security. His insight enables him to carefully assess and present claims that accurately reflect both immediate and future losses.
His practice spans a broad range of civil litigation matters, including: motor vehicle accident claims, workers’ compensation claims, public liability claims and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims.
Phillip holds a Bachelor of Laws from The Queensland University of Technology and was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 2015.
