Qantas worker reported an incident to the Qantas Customer Service Manager, who failed to record the workers complaints in relation to symptoms of numbness and tingling in his left hand.

During the period 1983 to 1984, the Plaintiff alleged he was subjected to sexual abuse and serious physical abuse by Errol Swain whilst he was a Year 6 and Year 7 student at the De La Salle College, Revesby Heights.

Mr Standley was a Call Centre Manager. He was involved in a motor vehicle accident in August 2015 that caused him physical injuries which he alleged affected his ability to work. He tried to return to work a couple of times but by February 2016 he resigned from the position.
